Regular House Cleaning
Recurring visits (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). The tighter the cadence, the lower the per-visit price.

Why are these ranges and not exact prices?
Condition, pets, clutter level and add-ons move the number. We give an exact, written quote after a few questions about your home — free, and it doesn't change on cleaning day.
Is there a travel fee anywhere in your service area?
No. We run scheduled route days across our North Texas counties, so towns far from Sherman pay the same rates as our home base.
What makes the price go up?
First cleans after a long gap, interior oven/fridge work, heavy pet hair, post-party or biohazard conditions, and same-day scheduling. Every add-on is priced before we start.
Do you require contracts for recurring service?
No contracts for residential recurring service — you can pause or cancel anytime. Commercial accounts get a written per-visit scope, also without long-term lock-in.
